Is it weird how excited I am?

So I have to say that I am super stoked about starting this blog. Elyse has been telling me that I should do it for a while now, but-like the absent minded person that I am-I either kept forgetting to ask her how to start it or blew it off "just because." But here I am!!! Sound the trumpets!!! I expect a full fan fair welcome.

The reason I am so excited is because I actually started this blog a couple days ago (do not let the time stamp fool you) and have been wrestling with with the HTML for.... well... it's been a little while. But I finally got it done!! All the links go to the right places, all the pictures are EXACTLY the size I want them, and I managed to find three pictures I like that Lisa is not in (when I first put the pics up, Lisa was in all of them except for one... apparently I have a LOT of different pictures of the two of us together).

Anyway, with this post I not only wanted to bid you welcome to the portal to my mind but to also introduce you to something very special in my life. If you do not know the "Out of the 'Norm'" comics, then you have not been indoctrinated into the "cool loop." Fear not. There is still hope. "Out of the 'Norm'" is a series of comics that my apartment has developed so that our overwhelming awesomeness may be shared with all of you mere mortals. If you have not met/been to our apartment all I can say is that your life is not yet complete and never will be until you are here.

The comics will soon be posted at outofthenormcomics.blogspot.com (currently under construction) and will be explained in further detail there.

For now... it is 2:30 AM. I just got done working a six 1/2 hour shift and will be going back tomorrow to pull an eight hour shift. I need some sleep or I might just keel over and die at any given point during tomorrow's events. Hope ya'll are swell and please stay super ;>
